Penn State's policies Well, with that kind of logic, let's take it a bit further. Since undergrads tend to make more useless comments than grads, I guess that means that grads make more useless postings than those that have already attained their masters or Phds. So what we should do is limit postings from all who have not already attained a degree so we can keep all of the stupidity off of the net. Or perhaps we just just limit postings to those which have a Phd and/or have been reading usenet articles for a year. Which means you wouldn't have been able to post this inane article.
