Operators,

I recently posted a rather involved paper on South Africa in Newsgroup
soc.rights.human.  I beleive it is the latest post to the board as of
the time of this message.  I would appreciate it if you could somehow fix
the problem with the message.  When I try to read this message, the news
status line shows a display error.  I was using post/edit and have used this 
command before.  Please try to get this on the board, as I am looking to
generate some conversation/output from other soc.rights.human readers.

The name of the post is 'South Africa: Reform?'.
