We have just installed NEWS 5.9C which we retrieved from ANU's X.25
PSI_COPY area. We are running it under VMS 5.0-2.

What we have found is that FORWARD/SELF and REPLY/SELF do not send the
"sender" a copy of the message being sent. POST/SELF does work however.
My own MAIL defaults are set to automatically post me a copy of mail
I send, but this doesn't seem to have any effect on NEWS.

Has there been a patch for this problem?
