Hi All,

Some problems I have noticed with V5.9C of NEWS:

1. The /SELF qualifier is not processed for commands that mail things,
   ie, REPLY, FORWARD ....
2. the COPY_SELF setting in MAIL is not honored.
3. The MAIL personal name is not added to mail sent from within NEWS.
4. If someone posts an article to a moderated group, the article is
   mailed to the moderator, but when it comes back through the normal
   feed, it is rejected as a looping item.  This means that articles
   posted to moderated groups never appear at the site they were sent
   from. 

Is anyone else having problems with these?
