I am using an old Sun-3/50 as a news server for a number of machines
on the same ethernet as it is -- the idea was to make it the server
and have the other machines either NFS mount the disk or use NNTP
client software.  It is running 2.11.17 and NNTP 1.5.7 and gets its
feed via NNTP from a single machine.

Everything works fine, except that the inews on this 3/50 complains
that it can't run uux -- which is fine because it doesn't need uux,
but it is an irritant.  This may seem kind of stupid, but how should I
be configuring Bnews so as not to depend on uucp software?  The only
reference I have found are the variables DFTXMIT and UXMIT in defs.h
-- am I supposed to make these null or something?
