There is a DNA sequence which does not appear to be in the banks in
J. Burke, P. Hwang, L. Anderson, R. Lebo, F. Gorin, and R. Fletterick
(1987). Intron/exon structure of the human gene for the muscle isozyme of
glycogen phosphorylase.  Proteins: structure, function and genetics,
2: 177-187.
