At home and recently here at school, the police seem to go to what they call a "secure channel 1 or 2", all I get is a lot of static, and a tone when they let go of the key at the end. Is this some type of phase inversion or digital encryption or what? I figure that it's one of the two since I can't hear what they are saying. Does anyone know 4 sure? Thanks, Randy WK9M 390624331@uwplatt.edu P. oops-P.S. Hi Brian!
