So who has experience in this area? I've been told of the wide bandwidth
receivers offered by Vanguard and Hamtronics. Anyone out there have any
comments about the quality, tradeoffs etc of these receivers. How
about downconverters for the 1610mhz to 137.5mhz bands? And finally,
what about the preamps (LNAs)? any recommendations based on experience?
any help is appreciated.
