Available: A TEK 4014 emulator for DECWINDOWS.
Briefly:
 A subprocess reads from a mailbox and interprets the data as TEK 4014
 codes. Graphics operations are then executed using XLIB level decwindows
 operations.
From:
 Anonymous FTP to BU.EDU (128.197.2.6) and set default to users/gjc
 get "decwindows-tek-vms" a vms_share archive. 

Additionally the code can display files of TEK 4014 data and also
translate such data to post-script.
