Re: The cbip test posting

In the test posting, after I uudecoded and unzoo'd it, the resultant text
file had line delimiters of LF rather than CRLF.  

Did anyone else notice this?

Since the target audience of cbip is MSDOS users, I think this needs to
be corrected.
