  I have heard enough from people I respect to decide to use individual
numbers on the parts of posted programs, rather than a single number for
each item. No one suggested that there was any technical reason to have
one number per program, while a number of people noted that identifying
missing parts is easier with unique numbers.

  Thanks for the input, everyone! I didn't know so many people read the
net over the weekend!
