Germany Lines: 12 When we think about switching from uuencode to another encode, we should use a program in the future which does not only change the encoding scheme and is still as simple as uuencode is and does not support multiple volumes, CRC's and so on. Therefore I would suggest to use the ABE program because it is a nice program which is easy to compile on most systems and offers a lot of capabilities.
