Some initial problems were solved after speaking with WD. We actually had to lie to SHGEN about what memory address was being used! (We're using Netware 286 2.15). There is something funny about the machine, to the extent that IBM's original token ring board doesn't work (or doesn't work reliably); for token ring you have to use IBM's second token ring adapter.
