Has anyone heard of a Rixon modem? I think the model is
R201c autodialer. The Peoria Health Department (where my mom works) 
has such a modem that they would like to use to dial out.
I told them how to dial out on a Hayes compatible, but it doesn't
seem to work on this modem.

Any information or clues would be appreciated.
