When the person calls he would be given a list of things he could get information on and then be instructed to use the appropriate tiuch tone to get their desired recording. To sum it up a "talking phone book" concept only much smaller (6 recorded messages). I know there is some IBM compatible software in existence that will run on a pc. Anything else?
