   In addition to my previous response, another article on creating
TSRs in TP appeared in the July 1988 issue of BYTE magazine, p. 301-304.  
This article presents its algorithm in the form of pseudocode, but the actual
TP code (in TP v4.0) is available from BYTE or possible on one of the archives.
