My Postscript printer has the Bookman DemiItalic and Bookman LightItalic
fonts, but what I would also like to have is the Bookman Bold Italic
font with the fancy "Ch" ligature. (Miller & Richard design).  

Is Bookman Bold Italic available as a down-loadable font, perhaps
part of a "package" of fonts?  I have not been keeping up with such
so perhaps some kind soul on the net (or a vendor) will
enlighten me.
