Hi all-
    we are attempting to install elm2.2 on an Alliant FX/4
running Concentrix 5.0.0.  Below is the error that happens
when installing is attempted.  If anyone has seen this
problem and has any suggestions/workarounds/fixes, they would
be greatly appreciated.  Please email anything as I don't
read this newsgroup.  Thank you in advance for any help.
