You are at a UUCP site and I don't know what mail program you're running
(i.e., whether you have a smart mailer or not) but try:

    uunet!harvard!ulowell!host.ulowell.edu!user_name

or    user_name%host.ulowell.edu@uunet.uu.net
or    uunet!harvard!ulowell!user_name

since Univ. of Lowell is connected to the Internet.  I know of two hosts 
(swan.ulowell.edu, hawk.ulowell.edu) and a contact for info on a particular
user would be   stpierre@hawk.ulowell.edu (domain-style address).
