 It's available on the BBS here in the IEEE file area.
 Dial 1-201-981-9190 (8-N-1).  The filename for the structures alone
 is LBL3STRU.EXE (self-extracting ARChive).  This is actually an MS-DOS
 machine, so there's no FTP available here.  (I post from a remote machine,
 so I cannot UUENCODE either.)
