I have an HP Deskjet Plus printer that is spurting out too much ink.  It 
causes the paper to become soaked to where it crumples up.  I've replaced
the ink cartridge but it's still occurring.  I'm trying to print out scanned 
images from a complete PC scanner.  The image comes out extremely dark in
some places yet light in others.

Has anyone out there come across a similar problem????
