We have a Gould PowerNode tht we are no longer using, with two nice large hard disks and a 1/2" tape drive. We would like to connect them to our SPARCstation 1, which only speaks SCSI. So, I was wondering if there are boxes out there that would convert the protocols, in a manner of speaking. The tape drive speaks something called "Pertec." Same idea. If anyone knows anyhting about this, and who might sell such a box, I'd appreciate hearing about it. You can mail me, and I'll summarize if there are any responses, or post. Thanks in advance!
