A version of NCSA Telnet 2.3 for the Macintosh with SLIP support can be 
retrieved from ftp.cisco.com via anonymous ftp. This software is completely unsupported. SLIP mode is enabled by specifying hardware=slipN (where N is the baud rate of the Mac modem port in bits per second, e.g. 9600).
