Keywords: sliplogin, login shell, slip Message-ID: <1196@swbatl.UUCP> Date: 23 Feb 90 23:27:47 GMT Organization: Southwestern Bell Tele. Co. - Advanced Technology Lab - St. Louis Lines: 21 Once again while reading a readme file that accompanied the tip with slip program, I found a paragraph that mentioned : related to this enhanced tip is the program "sliplogi" which will act as a login shell for an incoming dialup slip connection. It provides a level of authentication and control of address assignment. It can also be used to configure an arbitrary port if invoked by the superuser. Sliplogin is not in this directory (tip) but is expected to be released in parallel. Has this been released? does anyone know of the wherabouts? This sounds like it would fit my needs to a tee and any help would be appreciated.
