(I have to plow through the product junk mail to find the interesting stuff). Does anyone else out there think it might be useful to create a separate list for such requests and their answers? (If you are afraid that by splitting off the product side, the questions won't get answered, I assure you that the vendors have a large interest in seeing product related questions answered, and given a vendor and its competitors are both on the list, an answer is likely to be accurate).
