If you have a sample program which acts as a TCP/IP server using the
VMS/ULTRIX Connection V1.0 software, please send me a copy.  The
example in the book does not match the documentation.  Any language
will do. It should use the Internet $QIOs, not the C run-time library
calls and use the standard structure declarations from SYS$LIBARY:.
