We are experimenting with TCP/IP based weather information services.
(Try 'finger weather@unidata.ucar.edu' ; Not much use if you live in
the Bay Area, but hey ...)

We were wondering what the process is for registering a protocol and service.
I have some info but seems pretty out of date...
