I wish to build Andrew R3 with AFS_ENV and AFS30_ENV defined.
The documentation says I will need some files, four of which don't
seem to be on the AFS 3.0 beta distribution kit:

	include/afs/prserver.h
	include/afs/print.h
	lib/afs/libcont.a
	lib/afs/librauth.a

It looks like prserver.h and print.h may just be old names for ptserver.h
and ptint.h.  Anyone know anything about the libraries?  Thanks.
