I'm in the midst of a peculiar dilemma. One night my Amiga's screen just went blank (I have a 2500/20) and when I tried rebooting, nothing happened. When I tried resetting, the power light would flicker, then the screen would turn grey, then the power light would flicker, then the screen would turn grey, etc. etc. goto 10. I am still able to bring up the system mode menu, and when I select 68000 mode, I get a GURU (9100009.41F900F or so), but then the system works. I'm completely at a loss as to what to do here. Obviously the 2620 board can't be utterly fried, since I can still get the 68000/68020/UNIX menu, and I did once get the thing to boot in 68020 mode properly (I have no idea how, and I have not been able to reproduce this quirk). Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong, and/or what could be done to fix it? Please help, someone. I don't want to have to use my (gasp) Montgomery Grant 2-year warranty. I'll probably never see my board again...
