In fact they do - mine, a UK model, was supplied as such - I opened it up to find out though. If you're prepared to mess about with links then why be scared of finding out if you've got a 1meg agnus by just taking the lid off? I've never heard of this program but, from what I've heard all A500's with serial numbers over 520,000 should have the new agnus in, although disabled.
