I believe it only has the 8 memory chips in it, and I believe they are standard 64k x 4 configuration that go for less than $5 now. That assumes that there isn't some mechanical problem, like someone drilled a hole in it or some other such dumb thing (like a previous owner did to the heater in one of my cars ;-).
