I too have such a beast and was forced to buy TWO disk controllers since the Hardframe would NOT work with the 6.0 motherboard. My Supra works fine. I have been told that some memory expansion card will not work as well. As for getting it updated at the dealer, CBM and others tell me that it is NOT RECCOMENDED and that a motherboard replacement is required. However, good luck in getting it done in Europe. I have contacted the Belgian Commodore office(no real reply) and Commodore in Braunsweig Germany. I STILL do not have an answer as to how I can get my motherboard replaced. As far as I am concerned, it is a FIASCO for those of us who have the problem. CBM has a LONG way to go before their support over here is a level that can be called "professional" Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. -- Jim Sanchez {sun, hplabs}!sytek!syteke!jim OR Hughes LAN Systems, Brussels uunet!prlb2!sunbim!syteke!jim
