You know general ledger, accounting, projections, that sort of thing? The stuff has to be applicable to Canadian accounting systems (Yes there is a difference) and really should be commercial (not freeware or pd) as the user is not someone who is likely to hack about in a CLI. This is an important plee, as the Amiga in this office is surrounded (and outnumbered) by 6 Macs doing Desktop Design, the Amiga handles the business end by keeping track of clients with "Job Manager" by SandIsoft, and converting formats from whatever to the Mac. A present this company uses MaxiPlan (PlanIt) for sinple stuff, but specialized spreadsheets are also a little beyond the user, and I have neither the time nor the patients to wrestle with the task when I could be writing new and useful stuff.
