Um, so SCREENQUIET [or whatever] doesn't do it, eh?  Hmm, so that's why JazzBench crashes..

Seriously, though, the idea was, of course, to open a *small* screen...  Sorry I got my
sizes messed up -- thanks for the correction, though!
