Would some kind soul out there in net.land please tell me where I can find
the latest version ( >= 34) of ARP?  I have recently gotten a bunch of
software from the net and from BBSs that looks really neat but, alas, I
can't use it because I don't have ARP.

I'm not on the Internet, so I can't FTP.  So, I guess it'll have to be
a BBS, an archive server, or anonymous uucp.

Please respond via e-mail.  I currently have my news feed shut off while
I test out the installation of Matt's new release of uucp.
