Have you tried a program called Bag of Tricks or Bag of Tricks II from
Quality Software.  It's a little old, but it sounds like thats what you
need.  It allows you to reclaim bad or deleted files, or fix damaged directories
You can also reinitialize 1 track without destroying the rest of the data.
