Bakal I believe in the Cubs, It will always amuse me to see people trying to read between the lines when nothing is there. The quote has been there since July 1989, just before 5.0 was released to the world but after we finalized which FTDs would be in FType.Main and FType.Aux. The note was provided for the benefit of all those who have received auxtype assignments from DTS but didn't follow through and inform us when a version of their program using those auxtypes shipped. It told them "These are the files the system identifies, and since you didn't tell us your product is shipping, yours isn't included." It doesn't imply anything about the future, except that unless developers notify us when they ship, their programs won't be included in system FTDs. This will remain true. -- ============================================================================ Matt Deatherage, Apple Computer, Inc. | "The opinions represented here are Developer Technical Support, Apple II | not necessarily those of Apple Group.
