However, I've got something here I've never seen before. My program throws up a menu bar then a window, and everything is cool. I realized I need another window, so I coded it up. It compiled fine, and it does put the window on the screen nicely, but the mouse pointer and the menu bar seem to interfere with each other. Garbage will be left where the mouse pointer pops down a menu, and things like that. Not a pretty sight. Has anyone ever come across something like this? I really wonder what I'm doing wrong. Maybe I should have done this in C. :-) -- "After all is said and done, John Schmitt a lot more is said than done." johns@maccs.dcss.mcmaster.ca Don't blame anybody for what I say.
