It is included with any program that uses it. The first thing one does with such a program is replace GDOS.PRG with G+PLUS.PRG. G+PLUS is a better GDOS, which does not slow down the machine, allows one to select ASSIGN.SYS files, and does not screw up non-GDOS apps like the original atari GDOS does.
