On the other hand, IBM is about as conservative as they come, and the PS/2 line have rather small power supplies. I think this may be an advantage in some instances. I use a battery backup, and it's only rated for 325 watts, so I don't really want to hook my monitor AND the base unit to it (pretty wierd, I should have gotten a bigger one). alan mead : mead@uxh.cso.uiuc.edu
