   I've looked over most of the "under $100" envelope printing programs
   and mail list printing programs but have not seen any that print the
   US Mail routing "barcodes" that you now see on a number of
   envelopes.

   On the other hand, I haven't seen any "expensive" programs that do
   it either.  Is there such a program, or am I just blowing in the wind?
