I did that upgrade. Total cost was $20 plus tax. It was 8 64x4 80 NS DRAM 
chips at $2.50 ea. I was rather amazed at the difference in picture 
quality going from 640x400 to 640x480. It's a cheap upgrade. Less than
the price of dinner at a fancy restaurant.
