If you wan't my opinion, spend a hundred bucks and just replace the whole motherboard; get a 10mhz clone board (and put a V20 in it.) Then you don't have to worry about BIOSs and whether or not a hard drive controller will work. If you really want 100% IBM compatibility (BASICA) then pull the BASIC roms off the IBM mother board and put them on the turbo board.
