I am purchasing a hard drive for my pc/xt clone soon and I would
like to know about any positive/negative experiences with HDI.  Their
prices are very competitive, but that means nothing if their goods are
commonly defective or their customer service is poor.

I am considering selecting the 20 or 40 MB Kaloc drive.  Any good/bad
experiences?
