Yes, the Okidata 82/83/92 all can print rudimentary dot matrix graphics, although I have never been overly pleased with the results. If you are writing your own program, you must learn APA (All-points Addressable) graphics language. It's not that difficult, just a lot of escape codes, and adding the 7 rows together. Refer to the "Bells and Whistles" section of the manual. If, however, you want to know if a commercial program will be able to print graphics, that's up to the program.
