I'm interested in developing applications for MS Windows.  My understanding
is that I'll have to purchase the Windows SDK (~$320 - ouch!) to do so.  My
question is, do I also need to purchase MS C Compiler, or can I use my Turbo C
to write code?  

Any help will be appreciated.  As I'm using my friend's account, please reply
