What's the procedure to redraw the desktop?  I'm painting the screen
with digitizer input and want to get back the background pattern &
menu bar (like when it is redrawn when a program terminates).  Is
there a call or do I just draw a round-cornered rectangle and 
DrawMenuBar?  Also, how does one get the menu bar to disappear?
