Do you know the real meaning of PC ?

A PC is a Personal Cilice. 

If you check in a good dictionary you will find that a *cilice* is a shirt
made of coarse rough animal hair worn next to the skin as a penance. This
is the image that gets in my mind each time I have to work on an IBM-PC
or compatible. :-)

A former PC user, now a Macintosh fan.
