SUM II Disk Optimize fails to finish....

I just ran the SUM II Disk Optimize program from within SUM II TuneUp.  The
program only finished 60% of the optimization, quit with an "unexpected
error" and now refuses to even try and optimize the disk.  Has anyone else
had this problem?  If so, is there a fix?
