There's some delay in posting FBBS to sumex-aim, so I found an alternate place
where you can get it via anonymous ftp:

	milton.u.washington.edu    

in the directory:

	/ua/ftp/public/files.Z

If you're having problems getting it, please send me e-mail (but only if you
